Congratulations! to The European Ryder Cup Team

What a contest, well... on Friday afternoon and |Saturday. It was unexpected. Great play from the two teams in the singles leading to a nail biting conclusion. The Ryder Cup really is the one Golf Tournament that lives up to the HYPE. Well... how about Ryan Fox's Victory at the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, fantastic, can he repeat his Dunhill Links victory this week?

Me? News? Painting a commission for a player related to the action. Got the Dunhill on in the studio to keep track. Not long till the DPWTC. I will be sat in front of the 52" for the duration. You can see my old apartment from the Jumeriah Golf Estates Driving Range.

Happy and not so happy memories. I used to walk to the course to paint on competition days. Across the 'Fire' course up to the temporary club house and into the shop at the Tournament Village. From there I would walk to my spot beside the 18th walk down the fairway, over to 16th green (which now has a bar) and back up. All the time taking photo's for reference. I digress.

Anyroadup, GREAT GOLF ! this season. Long may it last.
